1. Return Eligibility

8. Return Approval Process

• Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you with the next steps.
• If approved, the product must be returned as instructed by our support team.

9. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be initiated after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 4 business days after approval.

10. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Indepen also reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

11. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
