At Indepen, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable shipping experience to our customers across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders.
  • Currently, we do not ship outside India.

2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM are usually processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Dispatch Transit Time is 4–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Estimated Delivery Time is 5–7 business days from the order date (including processing time)
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Shipping Partners

We ship orders using reliable and trusted courier partners such as:

  • Bluedart
  • Delhivery

All shipments are fully insured against transit-related loss or damage.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email and SMS/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

6. Packaging

All products are packed carefully using secure packaging materials to ensure safe delivery. We take care to maintain product quality and safe handling during transit.

7. Accepted Payment Methods

We support multiple secure payment options, including:

  • UPI
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • PhonePe
  • Google Pay
  • Paytm

Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available across India.
There are no additional COD charges.

8. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

We request customers to check the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged, open, or tampered, please:

  • Do not accept the parcel, or
  • Record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.

Indepen requests customers to provide proper proof such as images or an unboxing video in case of damaged or tampered deliveries to help us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

9. Order Cancellation by Indepen

Indepen reserves the right to cancel any order under the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing or technical error on the website
  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious transaction
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
  • Customer not reachable during order confirmation (if required)
  • Issues related to logistics or service availability in a specific area

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. Cancellation Policy (Customer Request)

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • The refund will be credited within 4 business days to the original payment method
